We use your information to deliver digital transcription and language services, communicate with you, process payments, and improve our offerings. Audio and video files are handled confidentially and deleted once your project is complete, unless you request otherwise.

Your information is never sold or shared with third parties, except for payment processing via Stripe or as required by law. Files are stored in secure, access-controlled environments. Stripe handles all payment data securely.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting Robert Schutter. If you want your files deleted after project completion, please make a written request.
